Guys, can you name the e-wallet(s) that takes USD and Crypto both and is reliable based on your experience?

I am looking for an e-wallet which I can use to send and received both crypto and fiat. Perfectmoney and advcash have bad ratings on cryptopilot.com

Expecting good suggestions from all of you.
