I believe that it depends on the physical state of the medical doctor,the maximum age is not the main factor but the main factor should be their present physical and mental state of the doctor,some 50years old doctor might even be in a better physical and mental state than some 20years old doctor,so age is not the major factor here,what matters most is the health of the doctor itself..
