Traffic Problem - Getting caught in traffic jams is almost like a daily routine for me. If there is a technology that can reduce this problem, it will be a time and life saver for millions of people worldwide. Maybe something like a personal flying device, but that may be too out of reach for regular people. Or smart traffic lights control. Most traffic slowness occur when the traffic lights are not cooperating with us drivers. A real solution to the traffic problem is actually a fully automated driverless cars. If all cars on the roads are self-driving, I am sure there will be no more traffic problems.
Laundry Problem - Specifically, ironing of clothes. Lots of time are needed to iron shirts and pants for the entire week. There hasn't been any innovations for the regular iron to improve this problem. The iron had stayed mostly the same over the last few decades. If there could be some kind of machine or robot that can wash, dry, and iron laundries, that will be fantastic.
