Diseases are not increasing in the human population. In certain areas of the world we are seeing increased occurrence of diet related diseases due to abundance of food available to the population.

The single biggest reason for our widespread diseases like cancer, diabetes and overweight is that we do not have to hunt anymore to eat food. I have seen a very good documentary about it yesterday, where it said that the human brain developed when we started to eat meat and developed huge again when we discovered fire. The big issue now is that we do not hunt anymore and we just do not have adapted our eating habits to our modern lifestyle.

Yes, there's definitely a lot of diseases that are caused or made worse from the today's diets. Cardiovascular diseases are probably the biggest one, but there's also lots of other things, such as cancer from carcinogenic food.

yeah, fast foods are all other foods that are made by many ingredients that we must not consume more than just enough they effect our health.
Like eating MAC or other Burgers which contains oily things and spicy ingredients they sure do lot of damage
