In my own personal opinion i believe that The Afghan National Security forces (ANSF) are best case scenario a semi-inspired power with broadly fluctuating levels of devotion among its ranks(I am not the slightest bit affronting their dauntlessness or diligence, the framework is to blame).

We must recall that this power was shaped only 15 years back, and it difficult to be plan a power while it was occupied with substantial battling. It resembles attempting to construct a plane while it is in flight. The ANSF today can't work successfully without alliance bolster.

Formally, the American's are in the nation to keep Al-Qaeda from re-entering Afghanistan and to "support, prepare and exhort" the ANSF.

Afghanistan's airforce is as yet not prepared, so the alliance give all the air bolster there.
