Conservative Economics believes that the private sector can provide most services more efficiently than the government. They also believe that government regulation is not good for business, usually has unintentional consequences, and must be minimal. With so many conservatives who believe in a "trickle-down" economy,
On the contrary, liberals believe that people depend on government services such as health services, pension guarantees, safety and health regulations, and so on. Thus, liberals often choose larger governments that give more taxes and spend more to provide services to their people.
Political Liberals believe that the party is motivated by its own desire to act in ways that endanger the community unless the government is prepared and empowered to force them. They believe regulation is needed when, individuals, companies and industries show desire to get financial benefits at an intolerable cost to society - growing too strong to be limited by other social institutions. Liberals believe in systematic protection of hazardous workplaces, unsafe consumer products and environmental pollution. They remain wary of corruption, and historical violations - especially oppression of political minorities.
Political Conservatives believe commercial regulation is more dangerous than good - unnecessarily seizing political freedom, potentially hindering transformative innovation, and usually leads to further regulatory disturbances. They support the contraction of government involvement in the non-commercial aspects of society as well, ask the private sector to carry out their activities. The Conservatives call for devolution of power to the country and believe that locally designed solutions are more suitable for local conditions.
Liberals believe in shared access to health services - they believe personal health should not depend on one's financial resources at all, and support government intervention to break the relationship. Political conservatives do not choose government assistance for health services; they chose all private industries, liked the deregulation of trade, and advocated a reduced government role in all aspects of society .
