Empathy plays an important role in various fields of life, ranging from care, education, management, to acts of compassion and love. Empathy is built on the scope (self-awareness).

The more open to our own emotions, the more skilled we are at understanding the feelings of others.

Emotions Not much expressed in words, it is expressed more in nonverbal signals, such as intonation of voice, movement of body parts, facial expressions. So the ability of empathy mainly involves the ability of a person to read feelings through understanding the nonverbal cues of others.

Empathy It is needed in therapeutic relationships. Even in client centered therapy, therapeutic climate, colored empathy becomes the main requirement that will give a supportive effect for the growth of positive self-concept on the client or counselee, so that the counselee can overcome the problem itself.

given the importance of empathy in human relations, the effort to train and develop empathy in families, schools and other educational institutions need to be done as early as possible. Indeed, people rarely express their feelings through words. More often they tell us through the tone of voice, facial expressions, or other nonverbal ways.

Our ability to sense someone's feelings without being concerned says it is the essence of empathy.
