Weight loss without visiting the gym is really

possible but might be a unhealthy way or a

method that has side-effects,there are some drugs that some people claim to use for weight

loss but the problem with those drugs is that

many of Them have so much side-effects and it

could affect the person that used it,so the best

way and healthy way to loose weight is to do excercise regularly and avoid eating foods with high calories...
