The performance of the distribution network should be evaluated through two existing dimensions, namely. The values that will be given to the user (Customer Value), and the costs needed to meet user needs (Cost of customer needs)

So, the company must continuously evaluate the impact on users, both in terms of service and costs. The better the services provided, the higher costs will be needed, which will have an impact on the company's profits.
