Blockchain technology could provide many defense mechanism but people factor more important then the strong system. Of course, fraud resistance system could protect from many hacking form.

However, if people just live their private key in simple place and they are not able to protect it properly, hacking or fraud operation could be inevitable.

First thing is people should take their own precautions for fraud operations and protect themselves. Then system could be designed more stronger.

Blockchain technology can solve key problems related to privacy, transparency, and voting security factors. Blockchain The centralized server revolution becomes decentralized. Data is distributed throughout the network in many servers with a transparent and efficient system,

All of these processes, recorded or replicated in all server networks. If the hacker wants to change a data, then it must change the data spread to all other server networks at the same time.

Data changes on all server networks are certainly not possible. Every data that is on multiple servers is interrelated with each other in real time. Each server checks each other or validates. Thus, blockchain will ensure all data recording is transparent, thus ensuring its credibility.

I find this interesting. I had the same question and thought once couple days back. I would say it can be the solution but there would be still possible human errors here and there. Not to mention, outside intervention will still be there and there'd be party who'd be willing to rig the election. Since, it's still possible to hack the system.
