During the semester I drink coffee regularly, however, I think the taste takes getting used to. Of course my coffee tastes better with added sugar, but most of the time I prefer to consume it without sugar. This is because I think sugar does more harm then good to your body. I have seen a lot of benefits cutting sugar out of my diet, as there are feeling more healthy, being more awake and memorizing learning material more precisely. Therefore I like my black coffee just with added milk, which makes the coffee less hot too.
