No, android apps are coded in Java mainly using the android development environment provided by Google (Android Studio).
Python coded apps won't run on android. It will be pointless to try it.
Its very much possible though i don't use that, i use JAVA or KOTLIN
Well I think there is no need wasting your time with python use other platforms to create apps that will actually work on android phones.
