There are a lot of unconventional way people do to loose weight. Some tricks are really harmful for body and doctors often advice to stop that kind of tricks.
I have seen some people they don't eat any carbohydrate which is not that weird but among them some try to sleep after every 48hrs. They believe that eating and sleeping increase weight. So they go for sleep at least 8 hours after the last zero carbohydrate meal.
Some people use to sleep only three hours in a day where they don't maintain any diet chart. Even they don't go through any type dieting. Just they do some free hand exercise and less sleeping.
But to me the most weirdest one is some people they do running wearied in mid-noon in summer when the temperature is on the peak. They dressed with heavy jackets, woolen caps and pants with socks and running shoes. The reason behind this is to sweat heavily. But this is very risky for their health. Any moment anyone can fall due to dehydration or heatstroke. This is highly formidable by the doctors but it happens in our country.
