All that depends on the content you write and to whom you make.
For example I come from Indonesia (UTC + 7), when I write in Indonesian, it will be more readable and reciprocated when we post at 6 am, lunch hour, or afternoon when everyone takes a break from work and has time relax.
But when I write in english, I will post at night, because tonight here, will be midday in europe / america there.
I think it all depends on the timezone where you are coming from and also the timezone of where alot of steemit users come from,if for example many steemit users are from korea then try to post at when you know the koreans will be awake,so you just need to first of all find information about the country with the highest number of users on steemit

I do not think there is a particular time. It is best to check on your followers and post them in their post-work hours.
when you have steem dollars to buy bot and get your post popular and earn well

I think usually it is the best to post on evening. Everyone is at home and has some spare time to have a look at the Steem Blockchain.
