Bad mood cannot be avoided, but don't let this mood damage the activities that are our obligation. Because if you have been exposed to bad mood, usually there will be a tremendous feeling of laziness and surely our days will be filled with irritation and unfavorable thoughts.

The following tips can help you overcome a bad mood:

Try new things.

Talk to new people, read novels that you've never read before or listen to music that makes you happy.

Enjoy the sun and fresh air.

Enjoy the sun to strengthen your body and recharge. Meanwhile, the sun will increase the level of vitamin D in the body, which improves a good mood for. If you have time to walk, you will be surprised at how relieved you feel after doing it.

Think of the positive aspects of your life.

Remember some of the achievements that you have achieved in the last five years. Acknowledging your progress will automatically give you a sense of satisfaction and can help you reduce your problems.

The power of the mind can save a bad mood. That way, positive thinking is the main key to eliminate the bad mood attacks that you experience. Every issue has a positive and negative side, try to think more about good things. On the sidelines, make room for yourself so that the mind becomes calmer.

Put photos of family and friends on the refrigerator door.

On average you visit the fridge about 10 times a day. A new study shows that the happiest people have placed family gathering photos or various photos of get-togethers with friends that lead to fond memories of the refrigerator door.

Think of a silly story.

Consider one annoying person and make a ridiculous character in your head. Imagine you are in a story, comics are outrageous, and then comes destruction! Immediately, you will see that it has formed a smile on your lips. In the end imagine yourself as "the protagonist" and the "hug" that causes optimism in the story.

Make notes.

Get used to your hands always interacting with a diary and describing each positive activity. Maybe you have some good moments on weekends or attending a good event. then you will soon realize that when you get used to this process, you will want to write in your calendar at happy times and this will make you feel good.

Do something good.

Think someone can you help. Bad mood can be reduced when you help someone.

Listen to music pounding and excited.

Put your favorite CD or play your favorite MP3, and let your music relax.

Realize if you are not alone.

Mood changes can occur in several levels. Talk to friends about your mood and if a friend or parent is not possible, a teacher and counselor can be a good listener. Don't save feelings for yourself. They can stay inside, and make the problem seem worse than it really is.

Like walking, riding a bicycle, playing tennis, or just taking a deep breath while enjoying fresh air can improve mood.

Enough rest.

Ideally enough sleep is 8-9 hours every night. With enough sleep will make the body better. If the body condition is fit, it will certainly help you to be more able to overcome the mood. Fatigue can cause moodiness and irritability, and reduce our ability to overcome moods.

Do hobby-based activities.

Of course, everyone has their own pleasure, this will greatly help reduce and even eliminate bad mood. For example watching, reading novels, walking, making cakes, doing self-care, listening to music or other activities that can calm the mind. However, it is recommended that you do creative activities, such as painting or knitting.

Smile.

So overcoming a bad mood isn't too difficult as long as you really want to change your mood and enjoy the small pleasures of everyday life.
