I highly doubt it. Over the last three years there has been a lot of adoption of bitcoin by businessess and it is no longer perceived to be just a fad. The only way I can imagine bitcoin going anywhere near $500 is if Satoshi Nakamoto dumps his estimated 1 million bitcoins holdings onto exchanges or, if the five or six largest bitcoin whales collude to bring the bitcoin market down.
