If you are looking at more than about 10 minutes a day, you are wasting time and getting a load of negative stuff loaded into your mind.
Don't believe me.... go on a News fast for 30 days, fill the time you would have spent watching or looking at the news with something productive, pray, read, meditate, learn something, exercise, or whatever, see if your attitude, health energy level are not better.
