Completely agree. Depends on the following (not exhaustive):

1. If you have time, skill, interest or experience to trade.
2. If you have time, skill, interest or experience to learn technology and read the whitepapers.
3. Your risk appetite. High risk high returns, low risk low returns.
4. If your fundamental analysis indicates that you should probably HODL (hold long term).
   etc.
