I strongly agree with what you post here
education is not all about what you acquire on paper, it is also about what you display for the world to see. We are the product we define to others.
There are many people out there that have first class upper credit, some distinction but the ego of what they carry on certificate rub them from stepping out to do something extra-ordinary. This is why you will see someone that graduated with pass will be an employer of labour all because he/she is able to look within and make use of the talent that he/she has.
