Hello everyone, it’s been months the last my-niche contest was held, and the expectations been real but due to our steempower lease been withdrawn, we couldn’t follow up with the contesters.
After all, what’s the essence of a contest if there is no prize to be won at the end of the day?
Here with you today is @otemzi and pleased to inform you that the my-niche contest is back and active
The my-niche contest is unlike any contest you ever participated on, reason for this is that everyone is a winner and there is no age, nationality or sexual restriction everyone and everybody is welcomed to participate all you must do is follow some simple rules and you are already on your way to win.
The my-niche contest came about when the moderators at @airhawk-project found out that users were unable to stick with a niche and it was affecting some badly, all because of been recognized they migrated from one niche to another looking for what pays them, some ended up plagiarizing, others just posted what they themselves couldn’t explain which from our objective is quite bad.
Everyone has their own specialty, what you thrive on, that thing that does not require much effort from you, in other for you to excel.
It can be cooking, farming, carpentry, web designing, programming and what have you.
And the fun part of steemit is that you are never alone and there is someone out there hoping to connect with you and share ideas, they might not be a whale not even have up to 500sp but what they have is pure and true follower-ship they are usually the first to comment on your work and makes you feel somewhat special.
My-niche contest hopes to bring that feeling back and help discover authors with the help of a weekly tag, which would be decided by the previous week participant.
Every week a topic is selected, and readers are to come up with a post surrounding that tag, following the guidelines and rules, to avoid been disqualified before making your post.
Upon making the post, participant is expected to come online on Friday 8pm at @airhawk-project via telegram and tell, describe and explain what their topic was all about and why that topic was selected.
What do we expect authors to write about this new tag?
What are your expectations for this new year
Things you hope to complete before this year runs out
What you couldn’t achieve last year but hope to achieve this year
we need something light and fun reading
Say 300 words and above clearly written and well organize
This been said, I know you all asking what is it for you,
you stand a chance of having your work curated from$2-4 upvote from the community account @airhawk-project
all valid post will be resteemed and the author mentioned when compiling a list of the previous week participant
we hope by doing so, participant will be able to discover their niche along the way.
it is fun and kind of a stress reliver, as Friday been the last day of the week, why not earn a little and have fun doing so. Along the way.
criticism and all mistakes will be tackled by different authors alike.

Rules
Each user is expected to take full advantage of the markdown editing style, so as to beautify our work and stand more chance to be a winner.
All works should be properly sourced if there is any, inability to source a work you got online means you are claiming ownership of that work. So please, do well to source it as nobody would be happy if his or her work was copied, and no acknowledgement given to them.
The use of pictures are totally welcomed as they are able to explain far much better than just mere words.
Only one post is allowed a week as related to the tag selected at that particular time. Or say you can only submit one post under the chosen tag per week
Your tag should be "my-niche new-year airhawk-project" and any other tags u deem fit. Please and please so as not to get a low rating ensure the above tag is properly used and any other tag the author seem fit can be used alongside.
