My Covid Stoy and the some useful tips

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

The Covid-19 has changed a lot of things around us, and many of us lost a lot of loved ones around us and that is really bad for all of us.
Last year when the Covid-19 started after a few weeks the PM announced the lockdown and after that, we all thought that conditions will be better after the lockdown is over but that didn't happen really.
I am an IT guy. The lockdown was good for me I can do my work from home but I feel bad for the small vendor who were totally depends on the daily money.😔

Thanks to the peoples and the NGO's all over the country who helped a lot of people who were affected by the pandemics.
last year there is a fear of Covid-19 a lot, there were lots of news about the peoples suicide if they find out there report is positive, but things were changed lot this year.
The fear of covid after lockdown was not that much after the lockdown was over.

people don't even wear masks. I kind of used a mask and sanitizer in my pocket. That is the main reason I guess the cases grow that much in India while few countries have recovered from covid.

My father , me and my big brother are the working men of the house.
Father and I have to travel to the office and I wear the mask most of the time while the others don't care about that. I don't want to waste my time arguing with them about all things.
I was in a state of fear, we have a staff of 13 and all came from different-2 locations in town. It is risky to work in such a situation.
Most people refuse to take vaccines,the opposition parties ask the people to do that. This was the beginning of the pandemic again.
things were normal in the winter but after that the cases increased very fast and the people didn't even bother to wear the mask.
Everything seems to be normal till March, in April the cases have increased very fast all over India.

My boss was really very scared of all the news about the increase in case of covid at my place and the state too. So he decided to work from home. We started WFM in May of the first week, and I am working from home and by the grace of GOD we all are still healthy and I hope this will end soon and we will be free to go everywhere like the old days.

There are functions everywhere and no one is following the rules.
BTW the rules were simple-:

  • wear mask
  • wash your hands
  • maintain 2ft distance

Apart from following the distance, people who have recovered or not yet affected from Covid-19 keep these things in mind -:

  • drink water

Drink lots of water. Coconut Water and Juice

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, those who have a sore throat and phlegm, they should also take steam afterwards and gargle with warm water.

  • Physical activity

Do not put unnecessary pressure on the body. According to your ability, walk for some time every day, do light exercise. Take a deep breath and release. But do not put too much emphasis on the body.

  • Rest and sleep

Kovid-19 puts a lot of stress on the body. A lot of rest and complete sleep helps the body regain its rhythm. The body heals quickly.

  • Stress distance

Cases of mental stress are increasing among people who have recovered from Covid-19. The body is already weak. In such a situation, to relieve restlessness and fatigue, do work to give mental peace. Do meditation and pranayama.

  • Medications / investigations

Do not be negligent in taking medicines. Those who have a high lung infection, regularly measure oxygen levels and temperature. Diabetic patients keep checking for sugar.

  • Follow up

Avoid self-medication, stay in touch with the doctor through phone and video calling.

A balanced diet includes fruits, vegetables, poultry,

Include pulses, chicken and whole grains. This will compensate for the damage done to the body due to infection and medicines. Keep in mind, the body is trying to come back to normal with full force. Do not pressurize him with unhealthy food.
