About Tranutriology
Tranutriology is where peregrination and food culture meet. It’s a documented story of where our journeys bring us, the places we'll discover, the cuisines we’ll try, alongside the tips and tricks we'll figure out living in each destination (e.g. most useful apps in each country, best transportation modes and...).
As it comes to travel materials (touristic attractions, food culture, tips of living, and...) I will be the narrator. I'll share my personal point of view, my explorations, experiences, and some historical facts.
So technically, our travels would form our story's plot.
Foodstuffs are the heroes of this play.
Occasionally, they'll take the lead and offer an impractical play (representing outdoor cuisines and street food we'd discover). But most often, they'd follow my lead as the director and screenwriter (when I'll be making International dishes); in which case, a comprehensive behind the scene report will come along with it (I'll post the recipe and full instructions of each dish).
@a0i is Tranutriology's precious professional cameraman and cinematographer, while I'll take care of behind the scene shots [all of the shared pictures are original content].
Who's us?
I, Arezou (AKA Akane) and my man, aoi are an adventurous couple who have tied bounds of love from two far apart corners of the world.
Our multicultural interests, worldwide hiking targets, and travelling goals led to an unexpected path for us, a journey all over the world.
So here we are, starting from beautiful Istanbul.
I'm no chef and hold no cooking-related certificates. I'm just an advertent home cook, accused of sorcery for making (international) dishes that have a way into the senses and hearts.
I'll be precise about following traditional recipes, mention different approaches for making particular dishes, and share -often untold- hacks (or should I say spells?)!
Keven, AKA a0i is a reputed member of Hive's photographers' community. He is an experienced photographer that would always go above and beyond to elevate our content, visually and aesthetically.
