Thanks @flysky for this competition as it has given me the opportunity to talk about my joining steemit. Honestly I had no idea that this community existed until my brother @stephenpaul told me about it earlier this January. I didn't really pay much attention to it until I saw some amazing changes in him because of steemit...he is always searching for new information...his writing skill improved tremendously and he got more information from steemit...information which he shared to us most times....after seeing all this....it really dawned on me that I've been missing a lot this whole time. That's how I joined steemit.
