I suspect that Privat was attacked by hackers. There is very little information , but cyber attacks on the most important enterprises of Ukraine do not stop. And, as it is de facto the biggest bank, many supermarkets has their terminals and many customers use their cards, and ATM. Do you have a card of other bank? I have mono and Raif as well.

No, I am currently holding a Privat card only, I have seen this issue when I was trying to purchase a food product in the super shop here, my card declined and after some time I saw my money deducted from the card but I paid cash already. The money didn't return yet and the shop is saying they haven't received any money from my card. Today I can't even use my visa card :(
Crap. Is there a way to contact them? Returning money can take time. What do you think about Revolut?
I tried revolut but they need a valid address which I don't have now. I am trying to get a finance card and also will try revolut after my registration process. Right now, Privat won't help but I will ask the shop about the purchase. I don't know with whom I should discuss this, because private is unreachable now...I tried their hotline but no use...

I called them. They say that all funds that were incorrectly written off will be returned no later than April 29. If you will not get them back, you can contact them via their chat.
