How MLM(Multi Level Marketing) and direct selling dominating Indian economy!!!

in #namachi8 years ago (edited)

Multilevel marketing going to play an important role in indian economy?
Is this the way, that foreign companies entering into gigantic indian market?
Are this system suppressing the indian own products?

Like this there are so many questions are arising into the mind when we research more on MLM business. They are doing this through Direct selling, franchising
and in various ways. They are prouding calling it as Entrepreneurship.

Few of the brands are invloved into this chain of business are AMWAY, Oriflame, herbalife, tupperware and list go on. They are using different strategy to sell their
products to the customers. They are using the term called direct selling.

what is direct selling?
The manufacturer directly sell their product to their customer without any middleman. Middle man business is huge in market. So this system try to restrict that
and use those money and giving share the customer.
Now the Customer is becoming an Entrepreneur. Then percentage of entrepreneur in India is very minimal when compared to countries like Singapore, thailand
and Malaysia. Customers are becoming business partners with the company. so obviously customer need to use their products continuously since they are business
partners.
If person A refer a person B to use their product, Person A will get the some percent of money and Person B will comes under the Person A in the business chain. similarly
if person C joins, C will comes under B and A and Chain will go on.

These total flow made as a business model introduced by Brite world wide(BWW).Amway is using the BWW business model.AMWAY is not entering into the indian
market directly but by the name of parent company called ALTICOR.They are franchising this business model to whole country.

If agree or not this business model is going to dominate the indian economy in few years. This will supress the indian small scale companies and going to
decide the price on their dominanace and that cannot afordable by average middle class people.

Still they are opening their factories in India. They are going to take the resource of our country like water and electricity. These are the primary
sources that is essential for a factory to run. Amway manufacuting factory is opened in south part of tamil nadu in november,2016. This was predominantly
supported by TN government and this factory was inagurated by tamilnadu cheif minister.

We are not opposing to Industrilisation, but this has to supported to our small scale companies which is being undertaken by middle class people.
Regulation and Authorization for this kind of small scale companies are so strict when compared to corporate rules, this has to be changed and need
to support to our small scale industries.

Now we can get the answer for the first three questions,

  1. yes, MLM business is like a chain process and it is already dominating the indian economy in a large scale. Unless until we will
not concern on this, We cannot afford the our daily usable nessesay products.
  2. India is the big market next to china. So all countries are pointing to India which is advantageous as well as disadvantageous.
  3. there is no need to explain it again,it is already suppressing the indian brands.

So this is the time to wake, if not now then when???
