I'm seeing that MarcDice, TheDailyWire, ShaneDawson, PewDiePie, etc etc have had all their names stolen on DTube. This can make a LOT of people not join and bring people over to DTube, and its a heavy blow as these are brand names. I recommend DTube have a verification process where a Nickname can be added to label over a current username.
For example: https://d.tube/c/hodgetwins, could be an imposter. So a verification process would make a new url like without the /c/ as https://d.tube/hodgetwins.
Youtube has done this same exact thing, and its been very useful.
This is the only way I see famous people coming over to D.Tube, because right now, basement dwelling losers stole all of their names.
Any ideas?
