There is a good first book, if you can find it (out of print) called; "the green Pharmacy" that I've never found a mistake in it. And I always watch, LOL! I'm always looking for one I don't have....

From your mouth to GOD's ears! There is still a lot of work to do there. Some is basic repairs, but some is upgrades for net zero efficiency (highly insulated so it can run off of solar power). But some of the work can be done after I move there.
