Drinking hot boiled water is beneficial to your health ..... Did you know this?

During a birthday celebratory morning tea the topic of drinking boiled water first thing in the morning came up. It was a boost that I needed because this morning I drank a cup of warm boiled water.

Reading about the health benefits was the bigger incentive and can't believe that apart from partaking in a cup now and then, it never became a daily routine....... until now.

Finding out that hot boiled water aids digestion, circulation, decrease toxins, relieves stress, calms the nervous system and can help with weight loss caught my attention. Really, drinking hot water even helps with nasal congestion?

Why did I wait so long to drink hot water. It is a natural medicine!

It kind of debunks the theory that one is meeting the water quota by drinking a couple of cups of Earl Grey tea and cold mineral water and only 4 glasses of water each day. Improvement can happen! Adding a cup or two of hot water to my water daily regime can definitely be done.

On the other hand it is also good to know that hot water is not recommended in hot climates and when your body is hot after exercising. There are plusses and minuses to everything.

It is all about knowing and sensiblity!

Great post, have you tried anything else in the water before? I have tried lemon water in the mornings with some success

Yes, I used to drink hot lemon juice but the dentist and hygienist said not to because the acid corrodes teeth. That was a turn off! So I stopped the practice.

Something I try to do Angie. I think drinking a cup of warm water in the morning is a good idea to help flush out toxins from the body.

I have always drank a glass of room temperature water first thing in the morning Redheadpei but not warm water. Now I am into the groove😍

Wonderful stuff! The benefits of having hot water are amazing like clearing the intestines and stomach of toxins; lose weight without exhausting diets; normalize blood pressure and even rid the skin of acne and oily sheen.

Hi @orion7, hot water really rids the skin of acne? Have always known that water is excellent for the skin but not this. Thank you, I am going to share this with a young friend who has acne.
