I am always so impressed with your skills but you out did yourself with making phyllo. I have not and will probably never make my own phyllo.
This is my kind of desert, especially with all of those poppyseeds.

My grandma blessed me with the knowledge of phyllo dough as she was crazy about Strudel.
I also like to buy dough as well, because I don't often make my own.
