Tal vez en tu familia tengan el hábito de acompañar las comidas con un refresco o jugo, tradicionalmente en mi familia ha sido siempre así, acostumbramos tomar un vaso de jugo con cada comida. Pero hay uno que es mi favorito, si pudiera lo consumiría todos los días, se trata del jugo de duraznos pero no el que puedes comprar en el supermercado o embotellado porque considero que es muy dulce, tanto que al degustarlo no se aprecia el verdadero sabor de la fruta, en cambio la versión casera de este jugo es exquisita porque queda deliciosamente cremoso, espesito, aporta gran cantidad de antioxidantes, vitaminas y minerales a nuestro cuerpo lo que nos ayuda a prevenir ciertas enfermedades y es algo realmente sencillo de preparar.
Maybe in your family you have the habit of accompanying meals with a soda or juice, traditionally in my family it has always been like that, we usually drink a glass of juice with every meal. But there is one that is my favorite, if I could I would drink it every day, it is peach juice but not the one you can buy in the supermarket or bottled because I think it is very sweet, so much so that when you taste it you do not appreciate the true flavor of the fruit, instead the homemade version of this juice is exquisite because it is deliciously creamy, thick, provides lots of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to our body which helps us to prevent certain diseases and is something really simple to prepare.
Para hacer un litro de jugo que es el equivalente a cuatro vasos necesitaremos lo siguiente:
04 Duraznos de buen tamaño
03 cucharadas de azúcar
01 litro de agua
To make one liter of juice, which is the equivalent of four glasses, we will need the following:
04 good sized peaches
03 tablespoons of sugar
01 liter of wáter
Lo primero que haremos es lavar muy bien los duraznos ya que los utilizaremos así con todo y su piel, los vamos a cortar en trocitos y los colocaremos en una olla con el litro de agua y el azúcar (si deseas omitir el azúcar lo puedes hacer ya queda rico con su azúcar natural), los vamos a sancochar por 10 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que estén bien blanditos los trocitos de durazno, luego los dejamos enfriar para poderlos licuar. Una vez que estén fríos los llevamos a la licuadora y los procesamos hasta que se forme nuestro cremoso jugo.
The first thing we will do is wash the peaches very well since we will use them with their skin, we will cut them into small pieces and place them in a pot with the liter of water and the sugar (if you want to omit the sugar you can do it since it is delicious with its natural sugar), we will boil them for approximately 10 minutes or until the peach pieces are very soft, then we let them cool down to be able to blend them. Once they are cold, we take them to the blender and process them until our creamy juice is formed.
Y listo ya podemos tomar nuestro nutritivo y delicioso jugo casero de duraznos con cualquier comida o incluso como merienda para los niños ya que como les comenté al inicio de este post el durazno aporta gran cantidad de nutrientes y fibra a nuestro cuerpo.
And now we can drink our nutritious and delicious homemade peach juice with any meal or even as a snack for children because as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, peaches provide a great amount of nutrients and fiber to our body.
