- a blend of personal stories and facts/research (either anecdotal or otherwise) to engage the reader
good images or photos - novel or interesting approaches to self care through natural remedies
- content that makes us go aaaaaaaaahhhhh

First up we have @vibeof100monkeys with a wonderful post about the healing power of nature, reminding us all how important it is to connect with our inner wild side, to answer that call back into the wild so that we can live true to who we are. Check out their post here. They write:
After two years of increased interactions with nature I have notice my stress levels disappear and also people around me have noticed. I've always been a chilled character but now I feel free in my mind. The corporate negative BS the media push doesn't really effect me as I know that's not in my reality as I don't allow it to enter! This sounds like an idealist way of thinking folks and I know there is shit in the world; but we can change this by not letting it bring us down and lifting the spirt of the human consciousness and then the solutions will come and only then.
@ladyofliberty has written a very informative post about inflammation, how it affects the body and why it is affecting so many people today. Included in this amazing post is a infusion recipe which includes Lions Mane, a wonderful mushroom that helps to treat inflammation. Check out their post here. They write:
To really give it a kick, bless the tea before you drink it with an intention. You can do this by putting your hand over it or simply by focusing on the intention that it will nourish you. As we have seen in many scientific experiments such as Masaru Emoto's water experiment to name just one, our thoughts and feelings do influence the physical realm and the simple act of putting intention in your food and drink can have very beneficial effects on the body and mind by effecting the vibration.
@crosheille has written a very personal post, a post where she talks about perimenopause as she tries to figure out if she is actually experiencing it. What I love about this post is her honesty and the way she is reaching out to the naturalmedicine community for advice. Check out their post here. They write:
.Ladies we shouldn’t be ashamed of a natural process. Every woman will face it one day and it’s a normality of life. I think one of the best ways to get through this and survive it is talking about it. Maybe someone reading this has been going through some of the same things I mentioned and you too thought you were pregnant or crazy. Well now you know it could be this pre thang. Raising awareness is so important. There’s no need to be ashamed in talking about it.
There has been so many amazing posts this past week, that I had to include some more of them, so that we can all empower ourselves with the wonderful wisdom that they share.

Thank you so much for the mention of my post! 💗
Another wonderful collection of Natural Medicine post! thanks for pulling them all together for us @trucklife-family!
So many good natural medicine posts this last week! Funnily enough, Lions Mane Mushroom is on our list to produce organically with the Karen people as part of our Organic Frontiers project - it grows wild here. Sadly so much of the packet stuff sold in the western countries isn't pure and isn't organic.
LOTS of posts to check out and share to the facebook page! :)
Thanks for a great curation.
Wow. Day by Day great content creators are being held upon on natural medicine articles and write ups. Thanks for this awesome curation initiative.
