What is your preventative medicine?
We talk a lot about medicine to help us when we are ill, but many of us take measures to ward off disease or ensure the health of our family or even the health of our animals and the very soil on which we walk upon!
I was totally inspired by Greta Thunberg and George Monbiot's video this week which struck me as preventative earth medicine.
And as hayfever season begins here in Australia, many are looking to prevent the effects of pollen on their sinuses. For others, taking a break from their computers or going for a long walk prevents a mental breakdown! Even our animals are in need of the right nourishment to prevent disease amongt herds and flocks. Education can also be an incredible medicine.
Thus, we invite you to publish about a medicine that prevents, delays or halts completely a illness or dis-ease......of mind, body, spirit or the very Earth itself.
