Sorry to here your lungs were acting up on you again as you were freezing your butt! Glad you have all that natural medicine knowledge to treat yourself on the road - mallow- wonderful stuff!

They are quite inflamed! Im drawing on what i know... have made lots of wild food teas which seem to help!! Its getting through the night which is tough.. sometimes Im suprised to find i am still alive!!!

Oh my goodness! Do take care! I imagine you are enjoying your road trip but are also looking forward to being in the comfort of your home out of the freezing temperatures!
When do you get home?
MY HOME IS FLIPPING FREEZING!!! Lol. Single glazed windows, not enough insulation. typical Australian build. We seriously need some additions. But yeah, I'm sure it'll be warmer in the van. On the way home now - 9 hours of driving, stuck in rush hour going through Melbourne but they are playing some nice tunes and the sun is going down over the city and it's quite pretty.
