Great post, welcome to reggaesteem, good to have you here.
Interesting to see the process for drying and storing mint. I saw that news about microplastics shed from teabags - an eye-opener. Even paper teabags appear to have microplastics involved in them. Time to go back to a teapot and loose leaf tea.
I usually use mint fresh from the garden if I make tea. I hadn't thought about drying it through the growing season. I am planning a small pot in the outhouse through the winter, though :)
Interesting the effect music had on us, thanks for sharing your gardening tunes.
Congratulations on 300 posts!
Thanks so much. I've been lurking in the community a lot because I love the music and the food.
Avoiding microplastics is really important. It can quickly make something that is healthy and natural the opposite.
Drying tea is important where I live because I cannot grow anything outside during the winter season. I do grab some and pot it, but that is only good for garnishes. I drink a lot of tea.
