RE: The Greatest Gift I Could Ever Give, or Hope to Give! A Gift That Can Not Be Bought Nor Paid For...

There exists a delicate line in serving and preserving a local eco-system. I start off by "violating" bio-dynamics by importing minerals for the soil. Decades and even centuries of rape have left living soils missing a key ingredient to being a rhizosphere.

In my long-held garden, I had attracted Yellow Jackets, by placing heaps of rotting apples under pines not far away. The apples are a food source and the pulp of the pines: nesting materials.

Weeds are a concept. I used Red and White Clovers and Creeping Charlie for ground covers. They attracted Bumblebees. Insects are important for a healthy rhizosphere. However, the balance has usually been broken.

Many folks say they are for ecology until they witness a Kestrel grab a Sparrow. They really freak out when an eagle carts off a cat.

Avoid serving and preserving altogether and we can enter into a relationship of mutually beneficial co-creation! :)

Haha!

It sounds like you have a wonderful environment you're creating :) Maybe, with enough interaction, you may be able to train and entice the eagle to give rides to your baby children/grand children/great grand children ;)
