On a sunset walk in the bush in Dikhololo Private Game Reserve, South Africa, we came across a herd of Eland, the largest of the antelope found in South Africa. It was a thrill to be so near these beautiful animals in their natural surroundings.
We saw a white circle in the bush, it was the back end of a male Waterbuck.

some nice photos again of the Waterbucks and Elands thanks for sharing, Dikhololo is indeed a great place to visit.
Amazing close up photos! The boy is brave, I think. It must be quite thrilling to be so close to these exotic creatures. I wish that I could visit there. Maybe someday. A very good friend is from South Africa.
You guys and your kid are really lucky to live around there.
I mean Germany is nice too but you are always seeking for the one you don't have.

Thanks. To be honest, most South Africans have not had these experiences. Unless a Game Reserve is fenced and protected the animals will be hunted Outside Game Reserves and Game Farms there is very little wildlife left.
wow...south Africa..is a beautiful natural country which is full by many kinds of wild animals..in those pictures we can see that..they are living a very good life in Africa...thanks to @africaunited
