#409 - At Mount Espadang Bato.

Good day once again and happy anniversary to us all beautiful Hiveans. Been a couple of years since we move to this better web3 platform away from that centralized one. I wanted to share these photos which we took when we went to a mountainous area just outside of the metro. The ride to get to the barrio where we can find this mountain is about an hour. 30 mins in a jeepney and another 30 via tricycle. We left home at four and got to the barangay hall past five and there we registered and also got one guide for the trek.

We arrived at the summit of the mountain at around eight in the morning, it was windy too and we have to wait for those group who arrived first to have their moments at the top of the stone. Then came our moment to shine, I thought it was easy st first when you are just looking up from below but it is a different story when you are already up there on the top with the strong winds too. But this is just once in s lifetime experience so I had to do it and conquer my fear of heights for this time only😄. My wife joined me too at this shot.

Then it was only me that is left and I tried looking also at what is behind me and man I was way up too high in my opinion.

Then I got down with my weak knees that are shaking 🤣 and took this photo as a remembrance of our foolishness in this mountain. The guide said luckily there has been no single incident yet that happened to this date and hopefully will continue on for many years to come.

Then we also went to another peak where they installed something like s tree house with an overlook of the surrounding area.

That area where it looks like barren with no trees is a crusher where they breakdown rocks that they are digging and separate the minerals what ever they are after.
