#746 - On our way to Bomod-ok water falls.

Happy Saturday dearest Hiveans. It's my last day of work week today and had to wake up early at five because my shift started at six. It was cool, I let the dogs out to do their thing and then also fed them after and let them stay outside for a while. Then ai l was heating water to cook pancit canton when suddenly an incident came it at work so I had to ask the wife to continue the cooking and preparations and I was on the call. Took two hours to address the issue and my mother in law is already done cooking viand for lunch so I just ate at ten for my lunch while I skipped the pancit canton already. My son also went out early because they have a scheduled badminton game with his former classmates back in elementary school. The place is just within the city and he was back before dark.

Moving forward to our daily shots which is about Sagada today. When we went there we immediately decided to go check their waterfalls after resting for an hour. I was sleepless that day because I was driving and Red Bull was the only drink that kept me going. After securing our guide she walked with us along the path until we reached the target site which is the waterfalls. This photo is the site where you get a welcome banner where just a few meters us the falls already.

But before reaching the waterfalls we also passed by a small hanging bridge on the way and the bridge is what connects the locals to the other side of the mountain and the river. It's also the way path of the locals going to their farmlands carved in the mountains in the other side. The bridge is actually stable and does not move a lot compared to other bigger hanging bridge which are a bit unsteady and dizzy.

So my wife and I took the opportunity to take as much photos as we can while each of us poses. The day was warm and we could hear the water below us flowing coming from the water falls.

There's also large stones and rocks below where the river is flowing. The guide said that the river is also home to some various kinds of fish but the numbers are gradually diminished because of fishing. So small kinds of fish are the most that can be seen but there's still presence of tilapias while I was observing from the bridge.

Spending time going trekking is actually fun and helps our bodies get in shape. Especially when you are with s group of friends like this one, we were joined by two workmates of the wife who are also our friends and the chitchat along the way never ends. You won't feel tired because they do talk a lot and even if we stopped for a moment to rest the talking is still there. We also spent time appreciating the nature that is right in front of us. It's seldom that we go out in a year to see this kinds of views.
