I like that you're playing around with different colours, I have a really hard time maintaining consistency with my photos in "post production". I guess we just have to keep learning to be better and try new things to gain experience and build some more skill!
I just tried the color variations with photo editing apps, the result is different, although with the same image, I'm very happy about the image I get.
