Visiting a new place could help to ease heavy weights we are carrying and help to unwind ourselves. Seeing breathtaking views helps to soothe the feeling. Especially when you're with your family. My family decided to go to different places or spots in just one day.
So me and my grandparents had a quick selfie! This is heading towards the first place.
First, we went to Simala Shrine also known as the Our Lady of Lindogon Shrine. We attended a mass here and also prayed. This is a sacred place.
So our next destination is Mantayupan Falls. This is located in Barili, Cebu. I can't deny the beauty of this creation. The falls is so breathtaking. I can't even look away. The water is cold but the experience is also unwinding myself. The birds are chirping and the sound of the falls is a medicine for me (mentally), the green trees are making the view smoother in the eyes.
Our third destination is Mt. Manunggal also known as Baguio de Cebu. I could stare at the view for an hour. There's a story in this place, near this place is where the 7th president of the Philippines died because of an aircraft disaster on March 17, 1957. The place is historical.
This is our final destination, the Buwakan ni Alejandra. The place is surrounded with different kinds of plants, particularly in flowers. When we arrived there, we enjoyed the view combined with the light from the sunset. The view is also more about preserving and protecting its plants. It's fun roaming around here since you could discover different plants.
I do really appreciate and adore these beautiful places. Aside from that, let us protect it's environment/our environment.
Nature is like a natural therapy not just for me but maybe for others as well. The green view helps to calm our mind and restore the mental stability of a person. Nature is also a medicine, you just need to appreciate seeing that deeply....
