I have been unaware of it past few years . Biratnagar, a city located in Terai Region of Nepal with low altitude is at rapid development . Guess what you can see these days from this location , majestic view of snow capped mountain and I guess its Makalu .
You cant get such view from terai . Its quite rare , and fascinating . Loca, whose generations were never been to hills are excited and taking about it.
May be its a positive effect of developmental activities of eastern terai and positive indication of carbon level reduction in atmosphere.
