Here is a photo of the actual sun setting, not just its colours. See what I mean by “capturing the sun perfectly without the fuzzy flares?” Using a professional camera allows you to capture the perfectly round sun as it is. In this photo, I like how the buildings are really dark and the sky above the buildings is really bright orange.
This photo is not the sun; it’s the colours from the sun. At the moment I noticed this phenomenal light in the sky, I quickly rushed outside with my camera to capture the moment. The bright pinkish orange sunset colours almost form the shape of a tornado. The brightness really contrasts with the purple sky around it and the dark buildings down below.
Now this one is all about the sunset colour tone. The blue background contrasts the yellow, orange and pink wavy clouds. I really like how the sunset colours reflected onto the clouds as if that were their original colours.
In this picture there is a lot more going on than in the others. There are numerous building silhouettes in the bottom third and clouds in the other two thirds of the sky. What makes this a sunset picture is sudden change of colours in the sky. The buildings are outlined with a very orange colour, it suddenly switches to bright blue for the rest of the sky.
