Its a little warmer and wetter in those valleys which leads to a massive contrast.

Grassland contrasted with hardwood old forest trees.

To be honest this is a very amazing place and the photo is well taken... I have been inside the city for 9 months now continuously unfortunately.
and in 11th of April,, I am traveling to a place in Morocco that looks the same as here except there are beautiful cascades in it.
So I am supper Excited and I will share some photos from there on Steemit here.
