In the woods..

Here I am again to tell you about the forest, my sweet, sacred wood. Often as a girl you came here alone to collect forest objects, such as pigle and leaves to make decorations or bricolage and also to relax. So many times I used to come there to run, because as a good asocial I didn't want anyone around me, I had to be just the woods, the headphones in my ears and the feet that ran. Careful not to stumble over some treacherous root.

The forest was also for me a place where I went to meditate, a practice that I abandoned but that I should take up again, since I took many benefits.  For you instead what is the forest? What memories do you have of it?

I also have many childhood memories left in the woods. My friends and I lived in a wooded area and went through the woods to go to one another's home. It might have been other times, we could walk alone without fear, none of us feared the woods or at least feared them less than the road with all those cars. We could distinguish dangerous snakes and we knew what to do if we found a boar.

Today I am walking in the woods with my partner and her child, fortunately not at all afraid but rather with a great desire to explore trees, branches and leaves. And punctually of wanting to slip into the dirtiest weeds. The hood is used to recover children explorers. The forest remains a special place for me and sometimes it saddens me to see it abandoned and left to itself. In the summer we perish be cleaner.

I love the woods. The best memories of the woods are from my childhood in Poland, with family or with my friends since we also spent a lot of time in woods, picking mushrooms, wild blueberries, or just simply hiking finding deers and other wild animals.
I loved the smell of it and I miss it so much, so when I go back to Poland to visit, this is one of the places I will definitely visit.

Looks like you guys had fun!

Oh :)
