China, Europe and most of the US' largest states will step in, so I'm not sure how relevant Trump will be in the long term on the global fight against climate change. Luckily he probably hasn't figured out yet there are other planetary boundaries to cross - I doubt this is morning coffee conversation for him. This is more up Angela Merkel's and Emmanuel Macron's streets.
trump will be alone with his dumb ideas , my country (Iran) is going to drought and deserts are increasing , if US government pay military budget of one year to root out poverty and climate changes , its gonna be ok in a short period , but super powers prefer export war to buy oil from middle east country with low price , some days lower than water , and burn all the climate .....
