I vividly remember the river bank from my childhood. The village where I spent my vacations. The river there was enchanted. Like any river.
Stones, enchanted stones, willows, rocks, shallow water, deep water, a bottom I knew like the back of my hand, fish, all kinds of fish, snakes and crabs.
It's not the riverbank I'm showing you here, but it kind of looks like it. And now I wonder if all river banks are alike in this country.
No, of course not.
They are at least different from each other because of the memories they are imbued with. Because of the different people who visited them and left a piece of themselves there.
Part of their souls, part of their lives.

Yes, this is perhaps the paradox, stones for me are the most stable (creatures) on this planet, they are eternal. At the same time, they undergo a constant and long-lasting transformation, which constantly changes their form and condition. From rocks, they can turn into sand and simply disappear.
And the formations along this river are extremely beautiful, formed over centuries, for sure.
