Return To Earthing - And Nature

Did you know that by placing your bare feet on the grass, you allow a free flow of healing electrons from the Earth into your body?

We’re living in seriously strange times, unlike anything to be known before.

Multiple story apartment blocks equipped with an equal amount of pulsating WiFi routers keep us elevated high above the surface of the planet, only to be surrounded by an artificial sea of disruptive and damaging frequencies, frustrating and agitating the majority’s already overworked and over-stressed lifestyles, by penetrating the electromagnetic fields of the resting human body in close proximity.

We commute via public transport and travel by car more than ever, reducing our potential level of physical activity outdoors in the fresh air, as we gradually lessen our bond and intuitive dialogue to the intelligence of our own body and of Nature.

Deep within the City Center’s labyrinth, we shuffle and stroll across street pavements with our heads tilted down low at a sharp angle, transfixed to an illuminated blue screen as we satellite navigate our direction within the dense and technological concrete jungle, barely looking up, often walking into, and avoiding endless opportunities for direct eye contact with our fellow human beings as we begin to lose sight of who and what we really are.

Suddenly, we ignore and forget the wonder of the natural world and the mystery of life.

Before we go too far down this dangerous road of total disconnection and separation from nature, only to increasingly expand our unnatural connection with technology, let’s pause for a moment, take a step back, take our shoes off, find a quiet place, and take a deep breath.

You can get great all round health benefits by ‘Earthing’ on the beach, breathing in the sea air, and creating Vitamin D by being exposed to the sun at the same time.
WHEN DID YOU LAST GROUND YOURSELF?

So long as you can find some soil or sand, a small section of nature, even if it is your garden, you can do something immediately to ‘re-connect’ with nature and benefit from it through what is called ‘Earthing’ or ‘Grounding’. Try taking your shoes off and placing your feet/hands/body directly on the Earth for at least a few minutes and make skin contact. Still your mind, contemplate, listen, visualise, acknowledge, appreciate and if you feel, laugh.

We walk around wearing shoes, which prevent the free flow of electrons from Earth into our body via contact with the skin, and shield us from the healing frequency of the planet. We are out of touch (no pun intended) with the healing energy of Earth, and the natural intimacy we are surely supposed to experience with nature.

Make a conscious effort to spend some time in nature and pay attention to how you feel after returning to Earthing.
