Retz is one of the Wine Capitals in Austria and in Autumn and late summer I love to visit this small town in Lower Austria. I don't drink any wine but I love the fermented grape juice - the early stage of wine. It is a bit more sweet but has already some alcohol and is not as sweet as grape juice. With the natural sparkling from the carbonic acid it is a very nice drink and in late summer I love to drink it. Unfortunately it is only available in late summer and early autumn. I really like to visit the border region to the Czech Republic since there is still a lot of untouched nature and I can take some pictures of birds of prey that are seen more often up there.

In late sumnmer I remeber that I also enjoyed a nice big Ice cream and some bacon on a bread there. This is probably also a reason why I like to visit these spots in Austria very much where I can get some simple food like this. I already know that I will be visiting this part of Austria again next year in Autumn.
