A US Navy air ship conveying 11 team and travelers has collided with the ocean off the shore of Japan.
The reason for crash is obscure and the names those locally available are being withheld while closest relative are told, the US Navy said in an announcement.
The flying machine was on the way to the plane carrying warship USS Ronald Reagan in the Philippine Sea.

In two other non-deadly occurrences, the USS Antietam ran on solid land close to its base in Japan in January, and in May USS Lake Champlain slammed into a South Korean angling vessel.
