This is an Hilarious attempt to compare a very popular fictional Character from the popular HBO series- Game Of Thrones and the real life rising star of the Blockchain technology. No harms meant, comparing GOT with Blockchain is meant to humor Steemians and i am liable to defend my creative thoughts in writing this blog.
Steem on with me as i Juxtapose this two iconic figures;
In Comparison
Ned-S; Their names both starts with Ned and S starts their last names- Although Scott and Stark never sound alike!
Both handsome, even though one is way older than the other- You would do best to figure out which!
They were both born leaders- Ned Scott is a CEO, Ned Stark is the Warden of the North!
Both loved by the people- or maybe not cos Ned Stark lost his Head!
Ned Stark was the Ruler/Lord of Winterfell, Ned Scott is the Head of Steemit!
They both Hold key positions: Stark was the hand of the King, Scott is a major key player on the Blockchain.
The two Neds devoted their time to helping: Stark stood by King Robert Baratheon's fight to win the Throne form the Targaryens; Ned Scott helped with Steemit to Change thousands of lives.
Ned Stark and Ned Scott were both involved in something addictive: "Steemit- GOT"
The Lord of Winterfell was betrayed and beheaded; Dan left Steemit Inc!
In Contrast
Now that i have shown you the similarities between this two men of the people, the Difference is so huge or safe to say they have amazing contrast from the facts below:
One and a very important fact is that; the fictional Ned, Warden of the North always dying in Blockbuster movies e.g Game Of Thrones, Lord Of the Rings(Boromir)(2001), Equilibrium(2002), Black Death(2010), The Hitcher(2007), The Island(2005) and several more.
Fictional Ned, with real name as Sean Bean is married five times- Marital Status of Ned Scott unknown!
Ned Stark had Five Children, Ned Scott None/Unknown!
Scott's Steemit put something in your account, Stark's GOT puts nothing in your pocket- takes more out!
Ned Scott doesn't play Chess according to @surpassinggoggle; Ned stark did.
Stark likes hunting, Scott likes playing Guitar
Ned Stark could Fictionally father Ned Scott- Seems so in Reality!
Winterfell was attacked, seized and Reclaimed- Steemit was hacked and recovered!

Well If you watch the show and nerd out a bit on the back story from the books the Ned and Catelyn spend allot of time at the Tree with a Face which is symbolic of "the Seven" gods which has its own whole back story about a war between people and the Children of the Forest. But the 7 are basically worlds higher power and the Lord of Light who reanimates Jon Snow is apart of it. The Starks dont get really fanatical about theses gods like the Sparrows do, but they do respect the tradition.
Now in tech the big companies are worshiped by the markets. "In today's market world we often talk of the leading technology names, or "horsemen," being Facebook (FB) , Amazon (AMZN) , Netflix (NFLX) and Alphabet (GOOGL)" Now add back in the surviving old horsemen from the 90s, the "old" tech favorite to join Microsoft (MSFT) , Cisco (CSCO) and Intel (INTC) (DELL was one but the collapsed) And bam you have 7 Tech "GODS" so to speak.
So In my mind, I was making a connection between all this esoteric information and thought people would get it lol. But going along with the theme of the Op as Ned Stark often tried to buck the established order, going against the lanisters, fighting the Targerayans ect, Ned at Steemit is disrupting the established 7 massive tech companies in various ways and the Blockchain sector in general seeks to disrupt most established tech gaints. But n some cases like Neds acknowledgement of the "old gods" blockchain communities will work alongside with Microsoft, while trying to disrupt facebook
